Series II contains the general BBMA Board of Trustees correspondence from 1917 - 1974 and makes up the bulk of this collection archived chronologically by decade. 

Within each subseries correspondence documenting unusual or important events relating to the history of the BBMA or BBHC has often been separated by folder and has been noted in Series description.
