Short Interview with a man who worked at the Sutler’s store in Ft. Fetterman, WY. Old timer spoke of soldiers he met in the store who were involved in the Battle of Rosebud and possible soldiers who had served with Custer.

New York Times article about restoring rank to Major Reno after a court martial drummed him out of the army in 1880.

Article from the Denver Post 09/14/1975 about a secret letter from General Terry written 10 days after Custer’s defeat. Letter was in the possession of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center which furnished a copy to the Post.
