Scope and Contents

P.91.17.001 - P.91.17.054 Cover letter addressed to Paul Stock Foundation, Atten: Mrs. Paul Stock (Eloise). New Assessment-Treatment Center, completed and in full use. "Your Foundation grant back in 1977 was used to install the big forced main under Canyon Creek to transfer sewage from the entire East Campus to our double lagoon system on the south side of Canyon Creek. And, we will never forget this entire new campus is possible because Paul Stock bought the entire quarter section on which it is located. We are indeed grateful for the confidence in our efforts which is expressed by your generosity." The biggest change resulting from the completion of the new Assessment-Treatment Center is the addition of services to girls. We've changed our name; we've altered our programs; we've provided equal but separate care for girls and face up to the fact we must now provide additional separate facilities for the treatment care of many of the girls who will be coming through our new Assessment Center. Etc.,etc. The photos include: Materials being delivered, construction and details about it. Workers constucting the exterior and interior. Aerial view of the East Campus. Crews working on landscaping. Photos of the completed interior, with some of the residents. Housing and recreation facilities.
