3 pages, 7 articles regarding illegal gambling in Jackson WY. Cody Enterprise Editor, Bill Stewart, was discharged for taking pictures in an attempt to report on the illegal activity. He was seized by two men representing themselves as deputy sheriffs and taken inside a gambling hall where his film was exposed and burned. Paul Stock, Cody oilman and co-owner with Glenn Nielson of the Enterprise, was not available for comment Thursday on reports he had ordered Stewart's discharge.
The Stocks entertained ranch personnel and neighbors at a combined first anniversary and Christmas party at Cassie's.
