"Miss Kinsella Named Expert medal Winner" Patricia Kinsella, became one of America's top riflemen, it was announced here today by the NRA of America, as the shooter was awarded the Distinguished Expert Medal, highest rifle qualification award in the nation. The new high ranking shooter, to join the country's select group of high ranking marksmen, had to shoot hundreds of targets over a period of several monghs and climb through 14 lower qualification NRA ratings. "Name Junior Rifle Stars"...Both Ted Couch and Pat Kinsella fired 763X800 but Ted won by virtue of firing a higher stanking score. Pat won the Girls Championship, Prone Championship and Kneeling Championship.
