The new high ranking shooter, to join the country's select group of high ranking marksmen, had to shoot hundreds of targets over a period of several monghs and climb through 14 lower qualification NRA ratings. "Name Junior Rifle Stars"...Both Ted Couch and Pat Kinsella fired 763X800 but Ted won by virtue of firing a higher stanking score. Pat won the Girls Championship, Prone Championship and Kneeling Championship.
