It's getting to be a habit...Miss. Patricia Kinsella's appearing smack on top in both junior and women's smallbore rifle statistics. The 18 year old Ft.Meade high school senior, already holder of the women's mark for 20 shots from 50 ft.,sitting, firing with metallic sights, created a new standard for the same distance using any sights when she triggered 781X800 plus 142-10's at Carlisle, PA.etc
