West Virginia University; Daily Athenaeum. "Sharpshooter"-The newest member of the All-American University rifle team is Patricia Kinsella, freshman from Ft. Meade, MD. Patricia earned the honor of being the 1964 Nat'l Jr. Girls Indoor Rifle Champion by shooting a score of 388 out of a possible 400 points.
