Subject: Travel and Submission of Voucher. Depart: Dulles Int'l Airport on TWA, July 8. to Wiesbaden, Germany. Ticket will be delivered by a team official prior to departure from Dulles. Return reservations are valid only from Frankfurt, Germany. Upon completion of travel military personnel should submit voucher to the Finance Office of their permanent duty station. Civilians shour submit voucher to the Nat'l. board for the Promotion of Rifle Practice. Etc.etc.
