Foster Infantry of his Reserve Army commission is accepted effective upon execution of oath of office of USAR commission on which date any temporary commissions held are vacated. He is relieved from assignment and duty, Ft Benning, GA, on that date and at proper time will proceed his home, Springfield, OH, or the place from which ordered to active duty, Springfield, OH.
