Scope and Contents
June issue of publication. "Ft. Benning Shooters Wigger And Foster Match Scores At Shoot-O-Rama Championship" The tournament was a lenghty one, 20 shots prone, sitting, kneeling and standing fired on the domestic A-17 target with iron sights and the same course again with the scope. This was followed by a 1/2 Int'l Course on the A-36 target. The 2800 aggregate turned out to be a battle of the giants with both Wigger and Foster ending up in a perfect tie at 2755. The tie breaker is a combination of both domestic and Int'l scores the tie was broken by using a combination of both domestic and Int'l rules, prone scores taken from the ISU aggregate and standing scores from the domestic aggregate....Wigger was declared the winner. For his victory, he was presented an engraved Remington 40X rifle. Foster also received an engraved 40X for his high military score.
