John Foster, 792, with iron sights, and 794 with any sights for a total of 1586. D. Firnekas, fired 1580 and Lt. Nelson, fired 1576. Highlight of the tournament was a "Shooters' Clinic" sponsored by the USAMTU of Ft. Benning, GA. The clinic was attended by 111 people. The instructors were Maj. Foster and Lt. Nelson.
