Member of the Ft/ Benning Marksmanship Training Unit teamed together to set a new Open and Service record of 1593 in the indoor 40-shot 4-position match. The team was led by Maj.Lones Wigger and Lt. John Writer, who both fired a perfect 400. Completing the 4-man team was M/Sgt. William Krilling, who fired 397 and Maj. John Foster, who fired 396 for the team championship. Civilian Master category in the Grand Aggregate was won by Tricia Foster with 790. She set a new Women's record of 200 with 199 additional 10's in the kneeeling match.
