John Foster led the Army assault by winning three events: Army Rifle, Air Rifle and Three-Position Smallbore Rifle. Capt.Lanny Bassham added titles in the 300 meter Free Rifle and Standard Rifle. Other AMU shooters to score were Maj.Lones Wigger Jr.in English (Prone) Match and SFC Bonnie Harmon, who repeated his 1974 Standard Pistol victory with an identical score of 574.
