John Foster from Columbus,GA, fell one point short of a perfect score Sunday in winning the Carter Rifle Club's 5th annual invitational shooting match. Foster had a score of 599 out of a possible 600 to win over Lones Wigger, who's from Carter but is now stationed in Columbus, GA. He shot 598. Foster won the kneeling match with a score of 200 and Wigger won the standing match with 199. Foster was the aggregate match winner, and Wigger placed first in the Masters Class with his 598.
