The 17-year-old high school student has a 775x800 score registered that will earn her 1st place in ladies division and 2nd among juniors if no one tops that mark when the tournament concludes. Kinsella who has been firing for only 3 years but already earned honors as the Illinois state Junior Champion when she moved here with her family last Sept. Her interest in riflery....was kindled by her father, who retired from active competition several years ago but has coached junior teams for nearly 5 years. He started her in the sport when the family was stationed in Great Lakes IL in 1961.
