The Army placed three marksmen on the five man CISM rifle team with the other 2 slots being taken by Marine shooters. The team in order of selection included: Capt.Lanny Bassham, Olympic Silver Medalist; Capt.Boyd Goldsby and S/Sgt.Jerry Boswell.
