Chung Nhan Thien The Board of Director for the Firing contest between the Republic of Vietnam and Allied Forces in Vietnam conducted on 23/12/66 at Quang Trung Training Center. Certifies that Capt.Foster from US Armed Forces has fired Rifle with a total score of 78/80 points, and qualified for the Gold badge. Signed by the director and has been stamped and certified.
