"Youngtowners Son In Olympic" Only four points separated the first top four of the 50 competitors in the three-position 50 meter smallbore rifle match this week in Mexico City. One bad shot cost Army marksman Maj. John Foster an Olympic bronze medal. Foster is the son of Frank and Catherine Foster. * Award certificate: The Organizing Committee of the games of the XIX Olympics - Awards Diploma - John R. Foster of the USA - For his participation as a rifle shooter - 22 Caliber - 50 meters, 3 Positions, 1153 Points - Occupying the 4th Place. * Commemorative envelope: Postmarked United Nations NY Nov 22 1968. The words "International Year For Human Rights (written in Spanish). 6 cent - Blue with the same gold leaf flame and olive branch and words (written in English) A blue flag with the United Nations logo - "Official United Nations Headquarters Cachet"
