The U.S.could have won the double shot team event if the man who actually placed second in the individual competition had been pre-named for the U.S. four man team. Deckert, who shot rather poorly during the qualifications in the U.S.,hit top form here and finished just one point behind gold medal winner John Foster. If Deckert had been named for the team, the U.S. would have won the team title 3 points ahead of Russia. Instead, the Americans finished 28 points behind and won the silver medals. * Bulletins: Results, Running Deer Double Shot - First place, John Foster- Score 222 Running Deer Teams Second place, U.S.A.- Score 833 Running Deer Single Shot 6th place, John Foster- Score 219 * Program: Second Individual World Championship in Clay Pigeon-and Skeet Shooting and World Championship in Running Deer Shooting. * Oslo, June 17 (AP).
