All wearing the team sport jackets with ties and necklaces resembling leis. #2737 Foster and 3 other unidentified teammates sitting in a room. All are wearing short sleeve shirts and shooting-vests with the USA team patch. #2738. Foster and 4 other men sitting outdoors at a table equipped w/an umbrella. Foster's in his shooting gear. Other people in the background. * "John Foster Places Second in World Championship Event" - "4 more Gold Medals for Soviet marksmen" - "Springfielder Second" Picture of Foster, caption; Wins Medals - John Foster display the second place medal which he won as runner-up in the running deer individual singles event at the World Shooting Championships at Cairo, Egypt, in Oct. He won the two other medals pictured as a member of the U.S. team which placed second in the running deer singles and doubles. The rifle he is holding is a .22 caliber which he used this year and last year when he took the World's Championship in the running deer doubles. * "World Shooting Results" - "Anderson: Another World Record" - "Russians take Free Fifle 300 m. event" - World shooting -USSR 1st in Clay Pigeon" These clippings don't have any mention of Foster.
