Scope and Contents
Pg. 7: Project Title: Heart Mountain, Wyoming CD-ROM and Website Project. Applicant and Summit Participant: Antonette (Ann) Noble. Project Summary: This project proposes to write, produce, and nationally (regionally with reduce funding) distribute a CD-ROM about the Heart Mtn. Japanese American Interment Camp. Using existing collected primary and secondary sources, these products will examine the historic events surrounding the evacuation, relocation, internment, resettlement and the redress and reparations to citizens and resident aliens of Japanese ancestry. By looking at one camp closely, it will be a case study for the whole Japanese American incarceration experience during WWII. Etc. This proposal will culminate in the publishing of a CD-ROM which will be distributed to regional schools and libraries on or before June 30, 1998.
