Mike Honda’s bill continues the work of the CLPEF to educate public on the WWII incarceration of Japanese Americans.....which would create a California CLPEF Grant Program. Fax: Sept. 18, Gov. Wilson (R-CA) signed into law legislation which would create a CA Civil Liberties Public Education Grant Program. The legislation was authored by Assembly member Mike Honda (D-San Jose).
