Resolution from American Baptist Foreign Mission Society. Addendum 8 is in Box 2, Folder 18. “The American Baptist Foreign Mission Society and the Woman’s American Baptist Foreign Mission Society are the foreign mission agencies of the Northern Baptist Convention. Our Convention has a communicant membership of about one and one-half million. Our Foreign Societies have been very much interested in, and distressed by, the evacuation of all people of Japanese ancestry, including many American citizens of unquestioned loyalty, from certain limited areas on the Pacific Coast.” Etc.
