Letters between Rick Ewig and Ann Noble. On Jan. 11, 2018, Rick Ewig and Ann Noble met at the Laramie County Public Library in Cheyenne, WY. The focus of their conversation was their involvement with the Heart Mountain Wyoming Foundation (HMWF), and the notes from that conversation as they pertain to Rick’s work with the HMWF.
