Violation of Provisions by Alien a Felony. Violation of Provisions by Citizen a Felony. Penalty-“Any person violating any of the provisions of this Act shall be subject to a fine of not more than five thousand dollars and sentenced to not more than five years in the state penitentiary, either or both, at the discretion of the court.
