“As you no doubt are aware of the Anti-Heart Mountain War Relocation Camp, Mayor we have, there happen to be a few other details which I think should be brought to your at this time since out Honorable Mayor and City Council are again trying to kick up more trouble concern said Camp and its Citizens. Etc. 90% of the merchants here in Powell have only been able to pay off their old debts and now buy War Bonds since this Relocation Camp was built 2 years ago. They also have no objection to waiting on Japanese trade”.... etc.
