Paul Stock standing on highrise landscaped rooftop. The tower of Palacio Salvo behind him. Palacio Salvo in Montevideo stands 330 ft. high. Finished in 1928. Designed by architect Mario Palanti, an Italian immigrant. He used a similar design for his Palacio Barolo in Buenos aires, Argentina.
