A Game of Chance...Lady Luck was courted fervently by the stampeders... both in their search for wealth along the creeks...and in hope of quicker winnings in the gambling halls. This table at Dawson was typical of all the gold camps. The few-both at the creeks and at the tables-found their fortune.
