H.E. Stock, party of the first part, and William M. Fitzhugh, party of the second part. The party of the first part agrees that he will furnish his own services and his labor and management in the drilling of a well upon each of the Quarter Sections hereinafter particularly described, to such a depth as will constitute a discovery of oil in paying quantities and sufficient in quantity for the basis of a location patent to such quarter section drilled upon, and that he will drill upon each of such quarter sections with the greatest diligence and expedition possible.
