This Agreement made entered into, by and between, H.E.Stock, J.E.Stock, Claude Stock, Millie Stock White, Maude Stock, Otto Stock, Bertha Stock, K.Y.Stock, J.Stock, Paul Stock, Lee Stock, and Julia Stock, parties of the first part, and The Success Oil Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Montana; The Economy Oil Company, a corporation organiized and existing under the laws of the State of Montana; The Midwest Oil Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arizona; The Bluestone Oil Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arizona; The Crescent Oil Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arizona; The Fitzhugh Oil Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arizona; The Barbadoes Oil Company, a corparation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arizona; The California Oil Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arizona, and O.H.Shoup, Trustee, parties of the second part.
