Scope and Contents
The rRcky Mountain Oil and Gas Assoc. was conceived in the minds of some of the State's pioneer oil industry figures shortly after the close of the first World War, and its formal organization meeting was held in Casper in the fall of 1921....etc. ...the Association became dormant, but was revived again in 1939 and operated to a limited extent until the start of World War II,...etc. The end of the war brought a concerted effort to re-establish the Association as a working unit. Mr. H.O.English, the Associations first paid Executive Secretary was employed, and Mr. Paul Stock, one of Wyoming's oldest and most outstanding Independent operators was elected President.
