Born Joseph Earl, went by James/Jim. The eldest son of Hugh E. and Kathrine (Kate) May Young-Stock. Article from Feb.20 states: "When Stock entered the hospital for an operation, no one realized the seriousness of the condition which had brought him to his death bed." He died following an operation for appendicitis.

Coenraad Kerbert, who came to WY from the Netherlands in 1907 as a young mining engineer and who was instrumental in having a well drilled that became the first Salt Creek gusher, died Sept.5 in The Hague.
