Letter from W.E. Weiss to Paul Stock, Re: Stock's offer to pay for a bronze statue of Buffalo Bill for the Museum, 1969
Scope and Contents
W.E. Weiss, Jr. 745 Fifth Ave. New York, NY "I discussed, very briefly, with Harold your offer to give to the Museum a bronze statue of Buffalo Bill and he, of course, was delighted at the prospect of such a generous gift. In line with our conversation, I will undertake to suggest for your approval an appropriate artist and, also, the proper casting of such a statue. All this, of course, with the approval of Harold."
