Scope and Contents
The report was compiled due to Paul Stock's increasing concern over the long-range financing of operational budget based on the need for permanent endowment support. They enlisted the services of top tax counsel and the report projects some of the possibilities of one particular method of long-range giving which might be in line with what Paul Stock mentioned over the past couple years.
