K.S.U. Rifle Team. Oklahoma State University Invitational – Smallbore Rifle Match, Stillwater, OK. Emblem, Information manual, and Newspaper clipping - “K-S Coed Is Best Shooter”, A Kansas state University sophomore coed majoring in chemistry won the state championship in the State smallbore Gallery tournament here over the weekend. Margaret Thompson, state junior champion last year, finished with a 2,337-aggregate score with scope and iron sights, out of a possible 2,400. Thirty-one juniors and 45 seniors competed in the three-day event. Miss Thompson is also state ladies’ champion.
