On verso "These 2 photos are both from the ballistics laboratories of the Winchester Repeating Arms Co. in New Haven, Connecticut. In August 2000 this frame was opened to remove acid bearing materials. The photos were easily removed from the original mat which was discarded. A new acid free mat and backing have been added.
