Abstract This collection contains photographs of artwork by W. Langdon Kihn (1898-1957) of western Canadian Stony and Kootenay Indians drawn in 1922. These were published in 1923 in Marius Barbeau's book Indian Days in the Canadian Rockies (Toronto: McMillan Co. of Canada). The black and white photographs, some mounted on boards and one tinted, are evidenty images of Kihn' oiginal artwork, not the handsomely colored images as later published.
