"Wigger Wins Smallbore Title"...(para.3) In an introductory Three Position Smallbore Tifle match, Maj. John Foster, Columbus, GA, and AMU, won top place with 1129 out of a possible 1200. The U.S. Army "Blue" team of Foster, Wigger, Bassham and Boyd Goldsby won the team action with a 4478 total.
