Atkins, Powell ?, WY.” The Shoshone Irrigation Project in Wyoming was authorized by an Act of Congress in 1902, which is generally known as the Reclamation law. Work was commenced in the project in 1904, and that portion known as the Garland division (now the Shoshone Irrigation Dist.) was completed in 1907. Etc.
