Newspaper clipping. "Paul Stock Cited 'Oilman of Year' by Casper Chamber" Stock was given a similar honor in Tulsa, OK, last year by the Nation's Petroleum leaders as one of 10 "Oilmen of the Year." He was awarded the honor at the International Petroleum Exposition in Tulsa last May.
