"Robert Douglas Coe, former Ambassador to Denmark, will receive and honorary degree at Univ. of WY commencement exercises Aug. 6. Coe has been a Wyoming resident since 1913 when his family purchased land near Cody from Col. William F. Cody. In recent years, he has spent summers on the family ranch. Coe Library on the UW campus was named for Coe's father, the late William Robertson Coe."
