Abstract
This collection is a compilation of oral history interviews from persons in Cody, Park County, Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and the surrounding areas. Most of the recordings were created as part of an ongoing oral history effort of the McCracken Research Library, with others acquired by donation or through sharing of resources with the Park County Historical Society.

Abstract
This is a series of 15 original U.S. government printed copies of treaties between the United States of America and western American Indian nations. Tribal names include the Crow, Shoshonee, Bannack, Northern Cheyenne and Arapahoe, and ten named bands of the Sioux or Dakota (O'Gallala, Upper Yanktonais, Yanktonai, Sans Arc, Onk-Pah-Pah, Two Kettles, Blackfeet, Minneconjon, Lower Brule, Mendawakanton and Wahpakoota). Dates range from 1858-1868.

This collection represents German perceptions of the American West and relationships between Euro-Americans and American Indians. The collection includes catalogs, newsletters, programs and pamphlets, postcards, books, an audiocassette, video tapes, and various artifacts that date from 1963, 1987-2000. Most of the materials are in German. The condition of this collection is excellent. Total volume represents five boxes (2.5 c.f.) and 1 large poster folder.
