Smallbore Report: U.S. Shooting Team member and Olympic medal hopeful Jean Foster tallied a 2286-90X to win the Winchester Trophy for high civilian, as well as the woman’s championship title, (pg.45 says the score was 2286-60X). Lones Wigger won the Smallbore Prone Championship for a record-setting 7th time. Civilian and Int’l Senior Champion 6398-533X.
