FOSTER GUNS DOWN CROWN. John Foster won the opening round of the tournament Saturday with a 1597-127X out of a possible 1600. The Roadrunners tournament will end today with the Iron Sight Aggregate and the shooters will begin preparation for the annual Western Wildcats regional tournament which begins Wednesday at Black Canyon Shooting Range (in Phoenix). The Arizona Winter Smallbore Circuit started last weekend in Tucson with the Cartushos de Oro Rifle Club Tournament.
