With practice sessions finished, the serious competition in the matches begins at 10:10 a.m. today (Sept.29) at Phillips Range with the smallbore rifle match (and pistol elsewhere). Olympic ceremonies, hosted by Lt.Gen.Conner, 3rd Army Commander, and Maj.Gen.Talbott, Ft.Benning Commander,will be held at 9 a.m. for the official opening of the tournament.
